Dry Fruits Modak Recipe
Almonds – 2 tablespoons
Cashew – 3 tbsp
Dates – 8 (extracted seeds and roughly chopped)
Raisins – 2 tablespoons
Coconut – ½ cup
Ghee – 1 tbsp
First of all, make a fine powder of almond and cashew powder. Now add dates, raisins and dry coconut and mix. After that, knead it like flour without adding anything. Now add ghee to the mixture and knead it well. Remove the mixture to a plate. Grease the modak mold with ghee and make modak from it. Dry fruit modak is ready, offer it to the God.
